PDHC is a standalone building with free on-site surface parking for PDHC visitors.
As of September 2025, COTA bus service is available on several routes along Cleveland Ave. The bus stops at Cleveland Ave/Mount Vernon Ave (about a 3-minute walk) and E Spring Street/Cleveland Avenue (about a 6-minute walk) are closest to PDHC. We suggest you check COTA CMAX bus first for a direct, fast ride along Cleveland Ave. If CMAX is not convenient or available, check COTA Routes 7, 9, 11, or others that align better with your route. You may find tools like the COTA trip planner, Transit app, or Moovit helpful for real-time schedules, arrival times and alerts.
