Healing (H.E.A.R.T)

Through our H.E.A.R.T. (Healing the Effects of Abortion Related Trauma) program, we offer both men and women guidance through the specific steps of forgiveness, emotional healing, and restoration in order to overcome a past abortion decision.

H.E.A.R.T. is typically offered in the format of a seven-week workshop led by two trained volunteers, at least one of which is someone who has personally experienced abortion.

      * Single woman with 2 children; 9 weeks; had ultrasound; was going to choose adoption but now changed her mind

      * Pray for a repeat client that she will be open to hearing what we have to say

      * First time client had medical tests and found out she is pregnant; pray she will make an appointment

      * Woman called; pray she will make ultrasound appointment

      * Woman missed several appointments; pray she will come in

      * Woman is farther along in pregnancy; pray she will come in for ultrasound

      * Woman coming for ultrasound

      * Woman had ultrasound; pray she will have a change of heart and choose life

      * Mother called in for her daughter; didn't want to hear options; pray they have a change of heart
