On January 22 we recognize Sanctity of Human Life Sunday. As we pause to reflect on the estimated 54,000,000 lives that have been lost since the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision, we also reflect on the millions of lives that were saved by the work of pregnancy help centers like PDHC all across this nation. Thank you for providing the support and prayers that have kept us ministering to women in the face of a nation torn apart. There is still so much work for each of us to do, and we look forward to partnering more with you this year.
An important part of the ministry of PDHC is getting the word out to churches and other groups about the services we offer. If your group or church would like a speaker or PDHC materials, please contact Community Outreach Coordinator, Erin Brown, at erinb@pdhc.org. Please keep in mind that our baby bottles are a painless way for your organization to raise awareness and go a long way in helping us spread God’s love to those who need it most.
Truly, we know that we are created in God’s image and He loves us. It is His love that enables us to empathize with a pregnant mother who is scared and confused. It is His love that motivates us daily to fight a culture where life has become a disposable commodity. Help us to share this love with more of our brothers and sisters who are lost and hurting in 2012.
